Boxing

Learn all the basic skills and training techniques real fighters use to get in top condition. Jump rope, foot work, bag work, medicine ball drills, abdominal workouts and more fill this one-hour “sweat fest.”

Youth Boxing

Ages 8-17 can join our daily after-school training program. Students are accepted into our program from beginners up and can take their training as far as their dedication will allow. Athletic training and discipline are the programs focus.

Grappling

This class teaches you submission style wrestling involving take downs, positioning and maneuvers designed to dominate your opponent. This style of grappling is a blend of Judo, wresting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Kickboxing/Muay Thai

All the cardio and strength training of our boxing workouts plus you learn kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques using punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and fighting out the clinch.

Kickin' It!

This women's fitness kickboxing workout is a face-paced, all inclusive REAL kickboxing training course. Rhythmic kick-punch combinations start you off strong then, on to bags for kick and punch combinations with plenty of “Charlie's Angels” moves included! Finish with target practice and butts and guts finale. We do it ALL in this hour!

Sparring

For those of you who really want to go toe to toe. Get your headgear, mouthpiece, and 16 oz. Gloves ready for all-out training and sparring sessions.

MMA

Puts all those boxing, kickboxing and grappling techniques together to form the ultimate fighting experience
